If there’s anything I can say about the Elliots, it’s that they KNOW how to throw a party y’all! There isn’t one person who wasn’t enjoying themselves on the dance floor or mingling to make new friends. They’re a goofy bunch and aren’t afraid of being themselves.

I don’t even know WHERE to begin with this wedding. I don’t remember how Kacie found me, but we didn’t meet until the day of her wedding (woah?!?). Leading up to it, Kacie and I formed the best relationship I’d ever had with a bride (especially not meeting her until the big day). We talked about how crazy work was and how excited we were getting for June 22. When I arrived, it felt like I’d known her bridal party my entire life. They were so welcoming and encouraging, and the nicest humans EVER. Throughout the whole day, Kacie was so relaxed and trusted me with every decision. During the reception, their wedding party encouraged me to come dance with them (and got me to do the Cupid Shuffle!!! what!!!), and I left feeling like I had 20 new really good friends. They’ve given me so much confidence and getting to be good friends with her WHOLE wedding party STILL is such a blessing (hannah should have picked tyler and we can all agree on that). I will always cherish this wedding as one of my favorites!

I’ve known Chance + Dom for a hot second (and… I worked for her dad at my first job ha!). They’re so compatible and in looooooove it’s CRAZY! When Chance proposed at the Botanical Garden awhile back, you could tell how much he loved her just by how antsy and nervous he was. It was the sweetest proposal e v e r. On their wedding day, it was tears everywhere. If you didn’t cry at their wedding, you probably weren’t there. From first looks to vows and their first dance, it was such a sweet and emotional day.

These. freaking. TWO!!

I first met Kaylie and Tucker in a bible class freshman year. We did a ton of group work together and somehow managed to make it through (a true victory). I was s t o k e d when they got engaged, and even more stoked when they asked me to do their engagements AND their wedding?!?! There’s a special place in my heart for small, intimate weddings, and that’s exactly what it was. From a tiny chapel in the middle of West-Texas nowhere to my favorite venue of all time, getting to walk alongside Kaylie and Tucker was nothing short of an adventure.

When I got asked to participate in this styled shoot at the Acre, I was BEYOND ecstatic. All of these emotions hit me – excitement, fear, joy, more excitement!!! Peep the gallery for the more animals than you could ever imagine at a wedding, and the most true farm-to-table aesthetic.
